Derek D Wins $85,000-plus Director of Sales Position in South with Manufacturer of LED/Fiber Optic Lighting Systems -- "Want to Grow a Company as if it Were My Own"

     "I have 50-plus manufacturer representatives under me and get 1 percent of the gross sales of all existing business and all new business with no cap. I had one personal interview with the CEO and he called back and asked me to write a 90 day/1 year business attack plan and he would bring me in for a second interview. He read my plan the day after I mailed it to him at 10:30 p.m. and called me at 4:27 and made the offer."
